Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FeedClip handles account, purchase, support, diagnostic, and Cloud submission data.

Controller
For FeedClip account, purchase, website, and support data, the controller is Andrii Shedko, Vítovice 23, 394 21 Hořepník, Czech Republic. Privacy requests: support@feedclip.dev.
Data we process
We may process contact and GitHub identity data, Stripe customer and transaction references, subscription and licence records, support messages, security logs, and the content and allowlisted technical context that you choose to submit. We do not receive full card details from Stripe.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform contracts, deliver licences and Cloud, authenticate users, provide support, prevent abuse, secure and improve the service, comply with legal duties, and establish or defend claims. The legal bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where specifically requested.
Customer submissions
A Cloud customer determines why end-user feedback is collected and normally acts as controller for that submission. FeedClip processes hosted submissions on the customer’s instructions. The public demo is separate: AI is disabled and submitted evidence is deleted within 24 hours.
Providers and transfers
FeedClip uses Stripe for payments, Vercel for the website, Render for API and workers, Supabase for database and private storage, Resend for transactional email, GitHub for OAuth, and OpenAI for enabled Cloud transcription and analysis. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable safeguards.
Retention
Cloud evidence is retained for the period shown in the plan or until customer deletion. Account data is kept while the service is active. Recovery tokens expire quickly. Billing and transaction records are retained as required by law; limited security records may be kept as needed to prevent abuse and defend claims.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. Email support@feedclip.dev. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
Security and choices
FeedClip uses private storage, short-lived credentials, tenant-scoped access, and data minimisation. No internet service is risk-free. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive data. Optional event diagnostics and query-string collection remain disabled unless an integrator explicitly enables them.
