Terms of Service
These terms govern your use and purchase of FeedClip software and hosted services.

Provider and agreement
FeedClip is provided by Andrii Shedko, a natural person, at Vítovice 23, 394 21 Hořepník, Czech Republic. By using a paid FeedClip product, you agree to these terms. Contact: support@feedclip.dev.
Products and licences
The MIT-licensed SDK core is governed by its open-source licence. FeedClip Pro is a lifetime licence for one project. FeedClip Cloud is a recurring hosted service. Paid features, limits, price, currency, and taxes are shown before checkout.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, project keys, licences, and the legality of recordings and submitted content. Do not use FeedClip to violate privacy, intellectual-property, security, or other laws; upload malware; probe the service; or interfere with other customers.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Stripe processes payments. Cloud renews for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel through Cloud Inbox; access continues through the paid period. Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid features.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason. A refunded Pro licence is revoked. A refunded Cloud purchase ends the corresponding entitlement. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Keep independent copies of important evidence and configuration.
Termination and changes
We may restrict abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening use. Material changes will be published with a new revision date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Please contact support@feedclip.dev first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
